Each individual is only permitted to own and operate one (1) active account on Sport Bet at any one time. This prohibition covers registration using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods by the same individual. Violation of this rule is considered fraud and is subject to action under Clause 5.
You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. This includes your full name, phone number, email address and payment details. Sport Bet is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.
Important: A Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad) and proof of the payment method used.

Withdrawals can only be processed once the following conditions are met: (a) KYC verification has been successfully completed; (b) any active bonus rollover has been fully satisfied; and (c) there are no ongoing investigations relating to the account. Withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframes shown in the table above, though under exceptional circumstances processing may take up to 3 business days.
Note: Sport Bet reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 per day as a fraud prevention measure and in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
All bonuses and promotions at Sport Bet are subject to specific terms and conditions. Claiming or using a bonus constitutes your agreement to the promotion-specific terms in addition to these general terms.
Every bonus carries a rollover requirement (minimum wagering) that must be met before the amount can be withdrawn. Rollover is calculated based on the total amount wagered, not on winnings or losses. The rollover rate for each promotion is stated explicitly on the relevant promotion page. Generally, rollovers at Sport Bet range between 3x to 10x of the bonus amount – well below the industry average.
Sport Bet has an automated detection system to identify unusual betting patterns that may indicate bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: two-way betting to fulfil rollover requirements, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or coordinating bets among players. Any form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
You may cancel an active bonus at any time through the "Bonus" section in your account. However, any winnings generated using bonus credits prior to cancellation will be forfeited along with the bonus. Your original deposit balance will not be affected.
Certain promotions such as weekly cashback and birthday bonuses are activated automatically and require no action on your part. The amount is credited directly to your bonus account on the date specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
The following rules apply to all games available on the Sport Bet platform, including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, poker and lottery.
All slots and Live Casino games on Sport Bet use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by an international third-party body to ensure randomness and fairness of game outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is stated in the respective game information. Sport Bet is not liable for any technical disruptions to gameplay caused by factors beyond our control – in such cases, affected bets will be refunded.
Bets placed on Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other major world football leagues are subject to additional rules. Odds are offered on a "price at time of placement" basis — any change in odds after a bet is confirmed will not affect the value of your existing bet. Postponed or cancelled matches will result in the affected bet being refunded to your account.
All poker games on Sport Bet use card decks shuffled digitally via a certified RNG. The use of third-party software to analyse poker hands or automatically assist with decision-making at the table is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of terms that may result in account closure.
Purchased lottery tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Lottery results are final. Unclaimed lottery prizes will expire 90 days from the date the results are announced and cannot be reclaimed thereafter.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Sport Bet platform. Violation of any one of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Consequences of Violations: In the event of confirmed fraud, Sport Bet reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account — including deposits, bonuses, and winnings — permanently close the account, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Sport Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the reasons set out in these terms. Equally, users have the right to close their own account at any time.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support via live chat. Please ensure all active rollovers have been completed and any eligible cash balance has been withdrawn before requesting closure. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Sport Bet offers temporary or permanent self-exclusion options for players who feel they need to stop playing. Self-exclusion can be configured for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or permanently through your account settings.
